As a Project Manager you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, troubleshooting issues, working with crews, and managing roofing projects to ensure our customers have the best possible experience getting a roof.

Responsibilities:

• Verify materials are delivered to job site correctly
• Go over scope of work with the homeowner and crew
• Daily check in while work in progress
• Work with support staff to streamline project
• Ensure homeowner is happy with completed project
• Inspect the quality of work throughout the job to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to motivate and direct the actions of others
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under minimal direct supervision.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of roofing
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to problem solve

ROOFING TECHNICIAN

Kaufman Roofing is seeking a full time employee for our Roofing Repair Department. This is a great opportunity for a person with roofing experience to advance their career. This is a full time employed position, we are not looking for sub contractors. If you have experience in Roofing, are hard working, looking for a career; Kaufman Roofing could use you.

• Hours M-F 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Valid D/L Required for a minimum 3 years

The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing, be able to manage people, have problem solving skills, and feel comfortable working on heights up to 3 stories high.
